We’re looking for an Office Manager (0.8 FTE) for the National Growth Fund program CIIIC (Creative Industries Immersive Impact Coalition).
What to expect as Office Manager at CIIIC
As Office Manager, you're the driving force behind the internal organization of CIIIC. You support the Program Director and help the team work smoothly and effectively. You make sure everything runs efficiently, both in the office and remotely, and keep internal processes clear and well-structured.
Your responsibilities
First point of contact:
Managing incoming calls and emails.
Support to the Program Director:
Calendar management and scheduling meetings.
Drafting and handling correspondence and assignments.
Team support:
Planning, preparing, and taking minutes of team meetings.
First point of contact for ICT and automation.
Administration:
Managing the archive (Google Drive) and backups.
Handling mail and correspondence.
Ensuring GDPR compliance.
Finance:
Recording commitments and agreements.
Processing incoming invoices, checking and completing data, preparing for approval.
Creating outgoing invoices.
Archiving financial documents.
Who are we looking for?
An Office Manager who thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to juggle various responsibilities with ease.
What you bring
At least 3 years of experience in a support or coordination role.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch (with solid written English skills).
Strong organizational skills and experience managing complex calendars and processes.
Financial insight and experience with administrative processes such as invoicing and financial tracking.
Affinity with working across sectors: entrepreneurs, knowledge institutions, governments, cultural and non-profit organizations.
Experience with project-based work.
Solid digital skills, including working with standard office software and platforms.
A proactive, self-starting, and solution-oriented attitude.
Open, approachable, and a great colleague to work with.
You also have a suitable home office setup and are willing to regularly work from our office in Rotterdam.
What we offer
TKI CLICKNL is responsible for the program management of CIIIC and will be your formal employer.
We offer a 0.8 FTE position (exact number of hours to be agreed) at Stichting TKI CLICKNL.
The salary range for this role is between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month, based on a 40-hour workweek. Your exact salary will depend on your experience and education.

CLICKNL is responsible for the program team, which will be built up during 2025. The team, led by the Program Director, will include a Program Secretary, Office Manager, Project Leads, and Communication Specialists.
