- Co-develop the community engagement strategy: connect makers, researchers, institutions, entrepreneurs and governments.
- Co-create activities that foster connections and knowledge sharing within the community.
- Identify ambassadors and facilitate matchmaking.
Event management
- Develop an events strategy and annual planning.
- Organise national and regional events such as conferences, workshops and networking sessions.
- Manage the events budget.
- Oversee content aspects of the events, including programming, speakers and communications.
- Lead production teams and external suppliers for larger events.
Collaboration & networking

What is CIIIC?
The third digital wave is here. After the rise of the internet and mobile technology, immersive experiences (IX) are driving the next revolution—a world where digital and physical realities merge. The Netherlands is ready to lead this transformation.
With CIIIC, a €200 million investment and a strong network of leading organisations, we’re making it happen. Through collaboration—national and international. By connecting innovation and entrepreneurship with public values. And by giving creatives, companies, IX experts and researchers access to facilities, knowledge, and a global network of partners.
The programme is coordinated by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW).
